Photo Shoot

Jada has been begging me to let her do my hair and makeup. Being the busy, crazy mom I am, I haven't let her do this in a while until yesterday. So we took turns giving each other a makeover. She plastered silver eye shadow all over my face. Then Jada wanted to do a "photo shoot". She really called it this. Here are some of the cute pictures of her being a model and one awful one of me. We had a lot of fun though! I love having a girl!

In the lodge

Anjanette is one of my oldest best friend in the world. We have been friends since we were 16. We have been through a lot together and she has helped me through a lot of tough times in the past. We hardly see each other anymore but every year for at least the past 7 years I go spend an evening with her and her family at Snowbird. They have a time share there. My kids look forward to it every year. We went up there last week and went swimming, hung out in the sauna (which is why our faces are so red) and let the kids play in the game room. Sometimes I only see Anjanette this one time during the year but we manage to stay close through phone calls and texts. I love her kids too, they are all so cute and my kids have a lot of fun with them.

The kids and I went up to the Gallivan Center with Angie and her family to ice skate last week. The kids had never been before and the last time I had gone was when I was 16. Dylan and Hayden were naturals and after a while Jada and Logan got the hang of it too.

Dylan and Easton (Easton is Dylan and Hayden's brother and Jessica's son. Yes Jessica and I are friends now and I am so grateful for her friendship. Plus Dylan and Hayden adore Easton and they need to be able to see each other.

Does anyone blog anymore? I think everyone is dwindling away into the facebook world. My dad and I even set up and account the other day because my brothers girlfriend keeps a facebook account for Chade with any updates about him. Anyway, here are some pics of us sledding. We all had so much fun!
